Grafton D. "Duke"
Addison, III began working in
the Jacksonville commercial real estate market as a Leasing Manager
with Koger Properties, Inc. in 1987. He quickly became their number one
leasing agent and consistently ranked among the top 10% of the
company's leasing agents nationwide. Mr. Addison went on to serve as
Vice President for The Cantrell Weaver Company and later as Senior Vice
President Office Division of Cantrell Weaver Real Estate Services, Inc. In 1993, Mr. Addison joined Schultz Properties, Inc. as a Partner in the firm. In February of 1996, Schultz Foster Addison Real Estate, Inc., was formed as a commercial brokerage, property management, development , syndication and consulting company. In July of 2002, Mr. Addison obtained 100% ownership of Schultz Foster Addison Real Estate, Inc. by acquiring the outstanding shares of stock owned by the two other Partners. In November 2002, the name of the firm was changed to Addison Commercial Real Estate, Inc. to reflect Mr. Addison's sole ownership of the firm. In the past twenty (20) years, Mr. Addison has represented tenants and landlords in over 500 transactions, totaling 4.5 million square feet of commercial property with a value in excess of $300 million. Duke and his wife Penny live in Mandarin with their two children. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from The Virginia Military Institute and an M.B.A. from Jacksonville University. He sits on various non-profit Boards and coach's youth sports year-round. |
Michelle Weitzel's![]() |
Michelle Weitzel began her Administrative Career in 1989 and offers 17 years of clerical/secretarial experience coupled with a strong organizational/typing skill-set. Michelle accepted the position of Executive Assistant in November 2003 and handles all office related tasks for Addison Commercial Real Estate, Inc. Her primary focus is to maintain a pleasant and productive office environment for her staff and to help them meet their daily objectives. In addition to her busy work schedule, Michelle shares an active life with her two children which includes traveling, reading, boating, & afternoons in the park. Although a Jacksonville Native, Michelle is a loyal and devoted Pittsburgh Steelers Fan and lives for the NFL Football Season!! |

Michael J. Lucas
started his career in real
estate with the prominent firm Buckman, Ulmer and Mitchell in 1975 and
later formed his own company, Professional Real Estate Services, in
1977. In 1994 Mr. Lucas joined Schultz Properties, Inc. He holds a CPM designation with expertise in the management and analysis of all types of investment grade opportunities. Mr. Lucas supervises the brokerage activities of the firm's seven (7) agents. In addition, he oversees the Property Management operations. In the past twenty-eight (28) years, Mr. Lucas has been involved in more than $100 million in real estate transactions in various markets throughout Florida. Mike is a graduate of the University of Florida. He is an avid tennis player and enjoys all sports. |

Aloma Mullins began her career in commercial
real estate in early 1990 as a Field Office Planning Consultant for The
Prudential Insurance Company. Her expertise is in leasing, lease
preparation, coordination of facility relocations and office
management. Mrs. Mullins joined the firm in June 2000 as a Real Estate
Agent. In July 2002 she took on the role of Property Manager and is
responsible for several buildings in downtown Jacksonville and the
surrounding market area. Her goal is to provide services that create a
professional environment that exceed the tenant and landlord
expectations. Aloma and her husband Frank enjoy taking cruise vacations and outdoor activities at their home on Lake Asbury in Green Cove Springs, FL. She has two daughters and four grandchildren. |
Bob Knight's |
Bob Knight has worked
in the commercial real
estate industry for more than thirty (30) years and has been
affiliated with firms such as Stockton Whatley Davin & Co.,
Cross & Brown Commercial Real Estate, BellSouth's Real Estate
Department, and United Property Investors. Mr. Knight later became a
Partner in a real estate investment group that owns numerous buildings
in the Downtown Jacksonville comprising approximately 400,000 square
feet of buildings situated on about 2.5 city blocks. Mr. Knight joined
Schultz Foster Addison Real Estate, Inc. in 1996 specializing in
investment sales. As a commercial and investment real estate specialist, Mr. Knight's annual sales are in excess of $5 - $10 million. A graduate of Florida State University and originally from Jacksonville, Bob and his wife Susan reside in Jacksonville Beach. They love to travel-and are often boating along the St. Johns River, or fishing and diving in the Florida Keys. |

Susan Simcox DeVino recently joined Addison
Commercial Real Estate, Inc. as a Broker Associate. She is responsible
for marketing a 700,000 sq. ft. portfolio consisting of single-story
office and flex space. Prior to joining Addison Commercial Real Estate, DeVino spent four years as the Asset Manager for a 425-acre multi-use business park and 1 million sq. ft. of industrial space. DeVino is knowledgeable in leasing, sales, third party asset management relations, tenant representation, land sales and bulk distribution leasing. In addition, she is experienced in managing a development of regional impact and land planning. DeVino also spent three years with Trammell Crow Company as a Senior Leasing Associate where she marketed multi-story, Class A office space in the Central Business District, as well as, the suburban office market. DeVino’s real estate career began with Paragon Group, where she marketed and leased the Bank of America Tower during construction and after completion. DeVino is a licensed real estate broker. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stetson University with an emphasis in marketing. |

Wayne Sapp has worked in the real estate industry in several distinctly different areas of interest over the past thirty (30) years. Mr. Sapp has a combined twenty plus years of governmental real estate experience where he specialized in redevelopment, community and urban development projects buying and selling properties for major downtown and neighborhood projects such as: community centers, parks, street and drainage improvements and acquisitions of buildable residential lots through foreclosures. Mr. Sapp joined the corporate real estate world in 1985 with Koger Properties as a Real Estate Analyst and for several years handled a variety of day-to-day technical transactions which included construction draws, platting subdivisions, land inventory records, and proformas. His career moved to new home sales with major home builders for several years. Mr. Sapp joined Addison Commercial Real Estate, Inc. in 2004, specializing in investment sales, leasing and development opportunities. A graduate of the University of Florida and originally from South Florida, Wayne and his wife Ann (also a native South-Floridian) reside in the Mandarin area with their two daughters. They love to travel and spend much of their time with their teenage daughters activities, and with church and family activities. |

Charles Tripp is a Northeast Florida native & a graduate of the University of Florida. He joined Addison Commercial Real Estate, Inc. in July 2003. He has represented a range of companies from Fortune 500 corporations to locally owned firms. Charles is optimistic about the continued growth and development of Jacksonville as he broadens his career in Commercial Real Estate. Charles resides in Avondale and enjoys golfing, running & supporting the Florida Gators athletics in his spare time. |

Amanda Carr Kinkade recently joined Addison Commercial Real Estate, Inc. as a sales associate. Amanda is a graduate from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a track that emphasized in real estate. Upon graduating, Amanda began her real estate career with a local developer, The Devlin Group. Since 2004, she has sold over $35,000,000 in real estate in four luxury communities throughout northeast and central Florida. Amanda resides in the San Jose area with her husband Brian and two dogs. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, as well as traveling, boating, and gardening. |

Steve recently joined
Addison Commercial Real
Estate after retiring with 31 years at IBM. A Florida native, Steve grew up in Jacksonville, attending Terry Parker High in Arlington. He then went on to attend the University of Florida, where he graduated with a degree in marketing. He was hired out of college by IBM, and began his sales career in IBM’s Office Products Division in 1975. From there, he moved on to various sales management roles, developing a knack for start-up initiatives, executive sales and team building for new ventures within IBM. One of the most exciting jobs he held was when he was asked by IBM to go to Vietnam in 1994, after the State Department lifted the 20 year old embargo imposed at the end of the Vietnam War. He was responsible for re-opening the IBM sales and services operations in Vietnam to support the influx of multinational corporations that were coming back. Steve and his family lived for three years in Hanoi, Vietnam, with extensive travel throughout Southeast Asia. Steve currently resides in Mandarin. He is married to Jeanne, who teaches preschool. He has two sons, Chris, a sophomore at the University of South Carolina, and Patrick, who will attend the US Naval Academy upon graduating from high school this spring. A licensed pilot, Steve enjoys most anything outdoors, particularly hunting, fishing and golf. |

Eric McQueen brings a tremendous level of enthusiasm to Addison Commercial Real Estate, Inc. Before joining the team, Eric spent time working in the sports and entertainment industry. He has represented clients from the NFL and Major League Baseball and has conducted events planning from several facets of the entertainment industry. He was also part of a finance team that conducted a salary cap consulting program for NFL teams. Eric graduated from Virginia Tech and earned dual degrees in History and Political Science. During his time there, he excelled in swimming where he earned four varsity letters and captured several awards from the athletic department. Eric currently lives in San Marco. |
