Grafton D. "Duke" Addison, III | President/CEO
Grafton D. "Duke" Addison, III began working in the Jacksonville commercial real estate market as a Leasing Manager with Koger Properties, Inc in 1987. He quickly became their number one leasing agent and consistently ranked among the top 10% of the company's leasing agents nationwide. Mr. Addison went on to serve as Vice President for Cantrell Weaver Company and later as Senior Vice President Office Division of Cantrell Weaver Real Estate Services, Inc.
In 1993, Duke joined Schultz Properties, Inc as a Partner in the firm. In February of 1996, Schultz Foster Addison Real Estate, Inc. was formed as a commercial brokerage, property management, development, syndication and consulting company.
In July of 2002, he obtained 100% ownership of Schultz Foster Addison Real Estate, Inc. In November 2002, the name of the firm was changed to Addison Commercial Real Estate, Inc. to reflect his sole ownership of the firm.
In the past thirty four years, Duke has represented tenants and landlords in over 815 transactions, totaling 700 million square feet of commercial property with a value in excess of $675 million.
Duke has served on numerous local and regional non-profit boards throughout the community.
He is a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute with a BA in English and a Masters in Business in Administration from Jacksonville University.
Duke is married and has two grown sons. He enjoys traveling, golf and time at the beach.
Karl "Carter" bostwick | Broker associate
Carter has been a lifelong resident of Jacksonville of a multi-generational Florida family. Carter will be actively engaged in all areas of commercial real estate including sales, leasing, and business brokerage. Additionally, he will be responsible for managing and developing the firm's Timber and Agricultural Assets.
Prior to joining Addison, Carter served as Owner & Broker of Bostwick Realty and Management in Jacksonville from 2004-2021. He is an alumnus of the Virginia Military Institute and the University of North Florida.
Personally, Carter is the father of three adult children (Amanda, Lauren, and Grace Bostwick). Socially, he is a former member of the New York Athletic Club (New York, NY), and San Jose Country Club (Jacksonville, FL). In addition, he is a Grand Gator member of Gator Boosters, University of Florida Alumni Association (UFAA), and former Board of Directors member of the Gator Club of Jacksonville.
Arlette Price | Vice president sales
Arlette Price specializes in applying her expertise and market knowledge to broker office, industrial, retail, leasing, and investment sales and adds tremendous value to the commercial sector. As a business owner with over 25 years experience in retail and sales, Arlette has consulted and developed business plans and strategies for small start-ups and multi-million-dollar companies alike, restructuring or branding products, reviewing financials, evaluating productivity, and sourcing efficiencies to navigate and customize a service package for each client.
Arlette has traveled to Asia, India, Europe, and the Middle East sourcing products in excess of $1.3 Billion in retail sales for Walmart, the number one retailer in the world in terms of revenue. Living abroad, Arlette led a buying team to drive business from $70M to $120M for British retailer Tesco, a grocery market leader with 6300 stores.
Arlette’s top priority with every client is to be responsive, committed, and relationship-focused while having a true understanding of each client’s needs and objectives. Arlette earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & Communication Studies from The University of Florida. Arlette is married with two children. When she is not working or volunteering, Arlette loves spending time with her family and enjoys tennis, traveling, and interior design.
Duncan Furrh | sales associate
Duncan is an entrepreneur with business interests in the consumer finance and insurance industries and has prior experience in financial services as a financial analyst for large international firms. Shortly after founding his initial businesses he began to acquire multi family properties.
Duncan's focus is on researching and locating attractive investment opportunities for ACREI clients that are looking to invest in office and industrial properties in Texas as well as business brokering services.
He received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M and an MBA from the University of Texas. Duncan was a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity while enrolled at A&M and is now actively involved in both the Association of Former Students and the 12th Man Foundation, Texas A&M's athletic booster club.
Duncan is married to his beautiful wife Blair and has a young son, Bobby. He enjoys spending time at the lake, hosting pool parties and is an avid college football fan.
